Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Object
These Terms and Conditions apply to the reservation of rooms offered by the Les Rosiers Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel"), namely:
- Single Room
- Double Room
- Family Room
Rooms are available subject to availability on the desired date and can be reserved with or without breakfast, according to the guest's preferences.
The Hotel also offers parking, which is optional, subject to prior reservation and an additional fee.
2. Rates
Room rates vary depending on several criteria, such as the type of room, room size, its location in the Hotel, and the number of people occupying the room.
The Hotel offers the following room types:
- Single Room
- Double Room
- Family Room
Prices are set based on these criteria and may fluctuate depending on the season, availability, booking specifics, and other external factors.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes.
Additional options such as breakfast or parking are available for an extra charge.
Tourist Tax: The tourist tax, per person per night, is not included in the room rates and will be charged in addition during the stay.
3. Reservation
The reservation can be made directly on the Hotel's website via our reservation request form, by phone, or by email.
The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a reservation payment and/or confirmation by email, according to the terms defined by the Hotel.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by bank transfer, by credit card on-site, or by any other payment method (check, holiday vouchers, or cash) accepted by the Hotel at check-in, upon the guest's arrival.
5. Cancellation
Free Cancellation: Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the arrival date will incur no fees.
Late Cancellation: If cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booking, including optional breakfasts and parking if booked.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show at the Hotel without prior cancellation, the full amount of the booking will be due.
6. Changes
Reservation modifications, such as changing dates or room types, are subject to availability and must be requested by the guest at least 48 hours before arrival.
Prices may be adjusted based on the modifications.
7. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: Rooms are available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved and may incur additional charges.
8. Responsibility
The Hotel disclaims any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are advised to take insurance covering risks related to their stay.
9. Customer Behavior
Guests agree to respect the rules of good conduct, safety, and hygiene during their stay.
Any nuisance, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with the Hotel's rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
10. Personal Data Protection
The personal information collected during the reservation is necessary for managing the booking and ensuring a smooth stay.
This data is collected and processed in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR).

11. Disputes
In case of disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the guest may seek the competent jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable law.

12. Changes to the General Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Hotel's website.
